HOW IT WORKS
1. ASSESSMENT and EXPLANATION:
The very first step is our visit with you, your children and advisors as necessary to assess your needs, your financial objectives and timing of your anticipated move. We also fully explain our complete range of services and answer any questions you have about the process.
2. HOME VISIT and ANALYSIS:
If you are interested in proceeding, we will visit your home and do a walk-through of your property. We will discuss your moving and packing needs, along with any assistance you might desire in selecting where your next residence should be. This allows us to propose the best scenario and offer to meet your needs and your situation.
3. OFFER and CONTRACT:
After the home visit, we will make you an offer to purchase your home outright, based on our analysis and subject to more in-depth inspections. This offer will take into account and include your objectives such as possible assistance with packing, moving and even continued use of the home after closing if you are not quite ready to move.
4. CLOSING and MOVE:
After you accept our offer, we will work with you to set a closing date that is tailored to your schedule. Pre-closing, we will assist you with the steps necessary to prepare for and make the move. Post-closing, we follow through until you are settled into your new residence with the services that we have agreed to provide.
